Waldport keeps adding inventory. The market opens August 2026 with 80 active listings of single family homes and condominiums, up from 78 in mid July. Inventory has climbed steadily since March, when 54 homes were on the market. The average active list price is $593,000. Active prices now run from $250,000 to $1,400,000, a narrower spread than a month ago. The middle-priced home in the most expensive town on our list is about $338,000 above the middle-priced home in the cheapest one. Someone shopping in Toledo and someone shopping in Gleneden Beach are really in two different markets. They just happen to share a county.
