This edition of the Oregon Coast Oceanfront Showcase covers 12 listings priced from $299,000 to $2,195,000, sourced from the Lincoln County MLS. Depoe Bay and Waldport each contributed three new listings, accounting for more than half of the fresh inventory and signaling active seller engagement on both the northern and southern ends of the county's coastal corridor.
