Published each January, April, July, and October by Advantage Real Estate, the bulletin covers all communities in Lincoln County from Lincoln City south to Yachats, including inland areas such as Toledo, Siletz, and Otis. Included: vacant parcels and lots where land is the primary value driver, with parcels containing structures of minimal value noted accordingly. Excluded: commercial parcels, manufactured-home park lots, and properties where a residential structure is the primary asset. This is the Q2 2026 edition, reflecting listings active as of April 2026.
