Real estate has been part of my world for as long as I can remember. My family runs a real estate development and management company in Wisconsin, so even as a kid, our car rides could turn into lessons on the difference between a NNN and a gross lease — or how to manage risk-leveraged debt. From the time I had my driver’s license to the time I graduated college, I worked for a development and management company myself, gaining hands-on experience with how properties are built, maintained, managed, and made successful.
I moved to Newport in 2021, drawn by the waves and the laid-back coastal lifestyle. I’m a dedicated surfer and spend countless hours driving up and down the coast in search of good waves. When I’m not in the water, you’ll probably find me skiing, snowboarding, riding motorcycles, or camping — basically anywhere outside.
I take a down-to-earth, straightforward approach to real estate. My background in business finance helps me make sense of the numbers, but my years in hospitality taught me that what really matters is people. I want my clients to feel comfortable, heard, and confident in every step of the process.
Something my dad and uncle always said in their business — and in everyday life — has stuck with me: “You can never do wrong by doing right.” That’s how I try to approach every deal — by doing right by people first.
