September 2026 brings 12 newest qualifying listings to The $350K Coast, Oregon Coast homes priced at $350,000 or under across six Lincoln County communities. Prices run from $189,000 in Seal Rock to $350,000 in South Beach. Manufactured homes on owned land outnumber site-built homes this month, seven to five. Half of these listings have taken a price cut since they came on the market, ranging from $2,000 to $25,000. That is the clearest signal in this edition that sellers at the entry level are meeting the market rather than waiting it out. Depoe Bay and Toledo carry three listings each. Newport has none, which says most of what needs saying about where the affordable end of this county actually sits.
