Growing up in a family that runs a real estate development and management company in Wisconsin, Henry's education in the industry began early—even childhood car rides could turn into lessons on the difference between a NNN and a gross lease, or how to manage risk-leveraged debt.

From the time he had his driver's license through college graduation, Henry worked for a development and management company, gaining invaluable hands-on experience with how properties are built, maintained, managed, and made successful. This foundation gives him a comprehensive understanding of real estate that goes far beyond typical broker knowledge.

Drawn to the Waves and Coastal Lifestyle

Henry moved to Newport in 2021, drawn by the waves and the laid-back coastal lifestyle that makes the Oregon Coast so special. As a dedicated surfer, he spends countless hours driving up and down the coast in search of good waves, giving him an intimate knowledge of coastal communities from Lincoln City to Yachats and beyond.

When he's not in the water, you'll probably find Henry skiing, snowboarding, riding motorcycles, or camping—basically anywhere outside. This active outdoor lifestyle connects him deeply to the natural beauty and recreational opportunities that draw so many people to the Oregon Coast.
