Hello, welcome to Advantage Real Estate! If you’ve called or stopped by our office, we’ve likely already met.
As the office manager since May 2019, I thoroughly enjoy my multi-faceted role. I’ll welcome you at our door and frequently be the one to call you when scheduling a showing for your home. I jump to the occasion wherever needed in assisting our team of brokers as they traverse the many details of buying and selling your homes, businesses, condos, land, and boat slips. Behind the scenes I am solving misc. office issues, building marketing ads, and scheduling social media, upkeep lockboxes, reviewing MLS and assisting with keeping our files up to date. In 2025 I acquired my broker license to strengthen my real estate knowledge and further support our amazing fleet of local, professional brokers!
Our family moved to Lincoln County in 2001 for my husband’s job and we never looked back. This is home and was a very well-balanced place to raise our children. Now that we are empty nesters, we try to prioritize our days off together with quick day trips or weekend getaways. You can usually find us soaking up the fresh coastal air on the waterways via kayak, or biking trails on our electric scooters or bikes. If you’re headed to the waterways, be sure to check your tide table! You don’t want an easy two-hour river float to turn into a five-hour paddle fest because of incoming tide, LOL.
