The team of Advantage Real Estate has a combined 150 plus years of professional real estate experience. With a cooperative team of two principal and 10+ brokers, we strive to be the best trained and most informed real estate organization in the marketplace.
In addition to the education and testing required for accreditation as a real estate broker, you will find that many of our brokers bear advanced designations that denote higher levels of training in specific areas. Amongst these are Graduates of the Real Estate Institute (GRI), Accredited Buyers Representatives (ABR), Certified Residential Specialists (CRS), Certified Real Estate Brokerage Manager (CRB), Certified Residential Investment Specialist (CRIS), Certifed Internet Professional (ePRO). Additionally each of our brokers is continually involved in addressing real estate related issues from marketing to negotiations to law. Continuing education has always been considered one of the many cornerstones of success for the professionals of Advantage Real Estate.
Collectively our people bring a diverse background of education, training, and experience to Advantage Real Estate.

managers. Our experience covers the range from manufacturer to builder
to wholesaler to retailer to service provider.
Within our Community
we are husbands and wives, parents and grandparents. We sit on the
boards of Lincoln County Board of Realtors, hospitals, libraries, airports, and CASA. We serve on the
foundations of Habitat for Humanity, hospitals and libraries and on the committees of
community festivals and charities. We are Optimists, Rotarians,
Boosters, and Chamber Members.
